TECH SUPPORT QUESTIONS for CD-ROM in The Definitive Book of Chinese Astrology.

Q – The program is giving me the wrong birth year sign.

A – If you live outside of the US,  your computer date format may be swapping day and month compared to what our US computers do.
When you enter 1952-01-09, computers outside of the United States will think it is September 1st instead of January 9th. You may either change the date format in Regional Settings in your Control Panel or swap your birth mm-dd in the date input. This should correct the situation.

Q – When I insert the disk nothing happens.

A -  You may have "autorun" turned off on your computer.

Open "My Computer" by double-clicking on it.

Find your CD drive and its drive letter and click on it.

You should see a file called "Zi_Wei_Dou_Shu_v123_install.exe".

Double-click on that file to start the install.

In the screen that asks you where you want to install the program,

Change the "D:\Zi_Wei_Dou_Shu" to "C:\Zi_Wei_Dou_Shu"

your drive letter may be something other than "D". Change whatever it is to C.
